The author is concentrating into legal regulation of contaminated lands. The article is demonstrating various types of registration and decontamination resolutions itself in area of contaminated lands.

Autorka se zaměřila na právní úpravu znečištěných (kontaminovaných) pozemků a nastínila různé možnosti evidence a dekontaminace takto znečištěných míst.
