Variable information accessibility is an optimization on error-prone multitask processing. Accordingly, anticipative and adaptive timing of metabolic events, including cell division/differentiation decision making, is subject to ambient electromagnetic spectrum variations. Dependent critical parameters influence dynamics of intracellular clocks, and local cell-cell communication, leading to global control of boundary formation within structuring population.

Variabilní dostupnost informace je výsledkem optimizace souběžného zpracování chybových úloh. Podobně též anticipativní a adaptivní časování metabolickych událostí zahrnujících rozhodování o buněčném dělení/diferenciaci, je důsledkem variability okolního eletromagnetického spektra. Zavislé kritické parametry ovlivnují dynamiku vnitrobuněčných cyklů i lokální mezibuněčnou komunikaci, a z toho plynoucí globální řízení vzniku lokálních rozhraní v rámci strukturované buněčné populace.
