Článek se zabývá základními aspekty práva bydlení manželů a otázkou, zda manželské právo bydlení naplňuje pojem "byt" ve smyslu § 711 odst. 2 písm. c) ObčZ.

The article tackles the basic aspects of the right to a place of abode that the married spouses have one to the other. It deals also with the question whether the matrimonial right to a place of abode coincides with the term having a flat as defined in Sc. 711 paragraph 2 letter c) of the Civil Code.
