Abstract
The study has shown effects of some commonly used pharmaceuticals with a potential to enter the environment on the hormone production and expression of the key enzymes in steeroidogenesis, documenting thus side effects of these widely used drugs. The tests with binary mixtures have shown different extent of joint action in the mixtures.
