Abstract

This article tries to show how the main possibilities of supporting frameworks for an attraction of foreign investment have been used in the Ústí region since 1998 when they had been established. Nowadays, it seems to be good time for doing this kind of analyses because we can expect hard political discussions about future of these supporting frameworks. We undoubtedly need to prepare professional studies that evaluate the real impact of foreign investment for regional development. But because of the length, this article only attempts to summarize the use of supporting frameworks (all types of investment incentives and support of developing industrial areas) in the Ústí region that we can understand as a first step for next and deeper analyses.

Článek představuje hlavní možnosti podpůrných rámců na podporu atrakce zahraničních investic do Ústeckého kraje od roku 1998, kdy vznikl tento systém. Nyní , kdy se očekává ostrá politická diskuse o pokračovaní tohoto systému, je zřejmě vhodná doba analyzovat úspěšnost takto nastavených podpůrných rámců. Díky omezenému rozsahu pro tento příspěvek, je hlavním smyslem příspěvku pouze sumarizovat jednotlivé nástroje na podporu atrakce investic a nabídnou přehled jejich využití do současnosti.
