Garde) on subcellular (chloroplast suspension) and organ level. Chlorophyll fluorescence measurements were done on suspension of chloroplasts isolated from leaves of plants cultivated hydroponically (Reid-York nutrient solution) and on whole plants cultivated in vitro (Murashige-Skoog medium enriched with 0.1 mg/L IAA or combination of IAA and 0.1 mg/L BA). Both applied concentration of FLT (0.1 and 1 mg/L) added into either chloroplast suspension or MS-medium caused increase in F0 value and decrease in FV/FM and PhiII. The response was more intensive on the chloroplast suspension level compared to imaging of chlorophyll fluorescence distribution on whole plant. ER -
