Abstract

V originále

The paper focuses on the territorial public administration where the group of specific instruments of right to participation is guided particularly by provisions of the act on municipalities, the act on the capital of Prague and the act on regions. The concept of participation goes beyond the relationships between public administration authorities and citizens or other stakeholders. The article understands the participation also within the area of relationships among the individual parts of administrative (or more general of the State) system which relate to the coordination requirements. The final part of the paper summarizes the results of web-content analysis of selected regional public administration authorities. The extent of the analysis of territorial public administrations‘ is limited, but shows that not much space is given to electronic discussion even in case of larger public administration institutions which might supplement the problems of small municipalities. The research is certainly not closed and will continue.
