V originále
Nonaqueos reactions of tris(dimethylamido)alane with phosphonic and phosphinic acids were tested. We examined the sterical and electronic influences of different organic substituents, such as Me, CCl3, Ph, tBu, on the molecular structure of the products. Second subject of our research was the reactions of dichloroethylalane with various alcohols, such as cyclohexanol, n-butanol, and phenol. The prepared aluminium alkoxides could be used as single source precursors for the preparation of aluminium oxide or as precursors to aluminium phosphates by chemical or thermal routes.
