Abstract
A transformation model is one of the essential blocks in almost any registration algorithm. Here, a spatial deformation model which combines smoothing by wavelet thresholding and Gaussian filtering is proposed for nonlinear registration. The algorithm is evaluated on 2-D multimodal image data - MRI images from standard Simulated Brain Database.

Model geometrické transformac je jedním ze základních stavebních bloků jakékoliv metody obrazové registrace. Prostorový deformační model, který kombinuje vyhlazování pomocí vlnkového prahování s gaussovskou filtrací je zde navržen pro nelineární registraci.
