Abstract
The contribution presents the results of the research into organizational culture of Czech companies. Respondents of the research were top and middle management representatives working in 54 companies. The organizational culture was ascertained at the level of organizational values.

Příspěvek prezentuje výsledky empirického výzkumu organizační kultury v českých firmách. Respondenty byli zástupci vrcholového a středního managementu 54 zkoumaných firem. Organizační kultura byla zjišťována na úrovni organizačních hodnot.
