A rectangular field of ablation craters was executed on each sample thus giving a surface elemental map. It was demonstrated thet the simple pulse LIBS with the 266 nm laser is very convenient for making small (tens to hundreds of micrometers) craters but the emission is weak and usable only for major elements (Ca,P). On the other hand, the double pulse measured emission intensities showed an increase more that one order of magnitude under optimum conditions thus visualising also lines of minor elements (Fe, Mn, Al etc...).
