Abstract
In our study, the statistically important effect of transplantation of mononuclear bone marrow cells on myocardial function was not found. Only an insignificant trend towards the improvement of global LV EF fraction was found at 3-month follow-up.

V naší studii nebyl nalezen statisticky ýznamný efekt transplantace mononukleárních buněk kostní dřeně na myokardiální funkci. byl popsán pouze nevýznamný trend zlepšení ejekční frakce levé komory po 3 měsíčním sledování.
