Abstract
The relation between base sequence and structure, properties and behaviour of oligonucleotide nonamers were studied by means of HPLC and LSV (linear sweep voltammetry). Obtained data were evaluated by artificial neural network (ANN).

Vztah mezi sekvencí bází v oligonukleotidových nonamerech a jejich strukturou, vlastnostmi a chováním byl studován pomocí HPLC a LSV. Získaná data byla vyhodnocena pomocí umělé neuronové sítě.
