In English
Author describes biomechanics of falling techniques and suggests biomechanical structure of falling techniques. Phases of biomechanical structure of falling techniques are initiation, falling, impact and after fall position. Single phases are grounded on cited research works with describing of important biomechanicar relations. It is important to give ipact phase a thought from the preventing injuries point of view. It is needed to re-evaluate teaching of falling techniques to more evidence based training.
