Příspěvek se zabývá úvahami o komunikaci, problematikou vybrané narušené komunikační schopnosti u jedinců s tělesným postižením z hlediska projevů a možné pedagogické intervence. V závěru jsou prezentovány výsledky výzkumu v oblasti komunikace u žáků s tělesným postižením integrovaných v základních školách běžného proudu.

The article focuses on communication, particular problems of the communication disorders of people with severe disabilities, their manifestation and possible pedagogical intervention. Finally, the article presents results of the research in the area of communication of pupils with severe disabilities integrated in mainstream schools.
