Abstract
The talk reported on 3 topics recently solved in the group of quantum optics at University of St Andrews: (1) Generating non-Gaussian states via cross-Kerr nonlinearity, (2) Entanglement concentration using weak quantum measurements, and (3) Distributing distillable entanglement with a separable ancilla.

Přednáška se týkala výzkumu ve třech oblastech, který probíhal ve skupině kvantové optiky na univerzitě v St Andrews ve Skotsku: (1) Generování negaussovských stavů pomocí tzv. Kerrovy nelinearity, (2) koncentrace kvantové provázanosti pomocí slabých měření a (3) distribuce provázanosti pomocí separabilního stavu.
