Abstract
A detailed characterization of the established GM7 glioblastoma cell line is given in this paper. This cell line was identified as near-triploid and is characterized by nestin+/CD133+ phenotype with unusual localization of nestin both in cytoplasm and cell nucleus.

Práce přináší detailní charakterizace stabilizované glioblastomové linie GM7. Tato buněčná linie je near-triploidní a je charakterizována fenotypem nestin+/CD133+ s neobvyklou lokalizací nestinu v cytplazmě i buněčném jádře.
