Příspěvek se zabývá možným použitím dekonstrukce, jakožto metody, kterou lze poznat právo. Dotýká se tak nejen problematiky vše dovoleno, kterou dekonstrukce částečně popírá, ale také se věnuje tradici a vůbec prvkům zdánlivé přirozenosti, které mohou zakrýt samotnou podstatu práva. Dekonstrukce se tak pokouší odhalit právo v jeho podobě bez ospravedlňujících prvků.

The contribution deals with possibilities of using the deconstruction, as a method by mean of that we can find the law. It covers not only the question of anything goes, which is partly contradicted by deconstruction, but also follows the terms tradition or apparent naturalness, that have the potentiality to cover clear essence of law. The deconstruction tries to disclose the law in its pure form without any justifying components.
