A late effect of anthracycline chemotherapy on 24-hour profile of blood pressure in patients 10 years after therapy was studied. Age-dependent increase of blood pressure seen in healthy controls between 11 and 22 years of age does not occur in patients after anthracycline therapy.

Byl studován pozdní efekt antracyklinové terapie na 24hodinový profil krevního tlaku u pacientů 10 let po léčbě. U těchto pacientů jsme nepozorovali na věku závislé zvyšování hodnot krevního tlaku, ke kterému dochází u zdravých jedinců.
