In the original language
Pseudokirchneriella subcapitata and the cyanobacterium Aphanothece clathrata) growing alone and in a mixture were exposed to selected chemicals. P. subcapitata featured a higher sensitivity to toxicants in the presence of A. clathrata compared to the single species assay. On the other hand, growth of a cyanobacterium was not affected by the presence or absence of the green alga.
In Czech
Byl studován vliv algicidních přípravků na růst řas a sinic v testech toxicity. Řasy i sinice byly exponovány toxikanty dvou variantách: samotná řasa (sinice) a směs obou kultur. Zatímco efekt algicidů na sinice nebyl nijak ovlivněn přítomností řas, řasy naopak vykazovaly jiný účinek pod vlivem samotného toxikantu než v kombinaci s přítomnosti sinic.
