Abstract |

Aphrodisin, a member of lipocalin family, plays important role in chemical communication in hamsters, it influences their copulatory behaviour. The aim of study was to identify novel genes for aphrodisin like proteins in other cricetid rodents (Myodes glareolus) using TOPO cloning based on hamster aphrodisin sequence. Obtained Myodes DNA derived sequences were verified by MS/MS techniques on protein level and several aphrodisin isoforms were confirmed |

Afrodisin, protein patřící do skupiny lipokalinů, hraje důležitou roli při chemické komunikaci u křečka, ovlivňuje zejména jejich sexuální chování. Cílem práce bylo identifikovat nové genypro proteiny podobné afrodisinu u dalších druhů křečkovitých, norníka (Myodes glareolus) s využitím TOPO klonování na základě znalosti sekvence afrodisinu u křečka. Získané sekvence u norníka pak byly potvrzeny pomocí MS/MS technik na úrovni proteinů, bylo potvrzeno několik isoforem afrodisinu. |
