In the cells following phenomena were observed and analysed: 1/ process of cell cycle, 2/ process of mitosis, 3/ morphology of nucleus, formation of polynuclear forms, 3/ amount of DNA in nucleus, polyploid nuclei formation, 4/ localization, morphology of microtubular cytoskeleton, 5/ amount and localization of actin microfilaments, 6/ presence, amount and localization of calmodulin. Six of all analysed substances were found to be appropriate (as cytostatics) and were suggested for a further detailed analysis. ER -
