N2 - During the ten-year period, several larger defects of the fingers has been addressed by arterialized venous free flaps. The flaps are helpful, especially in extensive injuries when local flaps are not available or suitable for reconstruction of the defects. Monitoring of the vitality of these flapsis difficult, therefore, we recommend postoperative monitoring with doppler .
