| V práci je popsáno stanovení celkového obsahu selenu, selenových aminokyselin a elementárního selenu v biomase selenem obohacených zelených řas (Chlorella, Scenedesmus). K tomuto účelu byla použita technika ICP-MS a kombinová technika HPLC-ICP-MS. |

| In this work we described method for determination of total selenium, selenoamino acids and elemental selenium in selenium-enriched green algal biomass (Chlorella, Scenedesmus). ICP-MS technique and HPLC-ICP-MS combined technique is used for this purpose. |
