This complex study investigates modulation of steroidogenesis in model adrenocortical cell line H295R by samples from coastal waters and sewage effluents of Hong Kong. It shows significant modulations of several steroidogenic enzymes by the tested environmental samples.

Tato komplexní studie zkoumá ovlivnění steroidogeneze v buněčném modelu z kůry nadledvinek H295R po expozici vzorků povrchových a odpadních vod z oblasti Hong Kongu. Výsledky ukazují významnou modulaci některých klíčových enzymů steroidogeneze po expozici vzorků z prostředí.
