Abstract

Tato kniha se zabývá problematikou podpory osob se zdravotním postižením při integraci na trh práce a do společnosti v Rakousku, v krátkém exkurzu v oblasti legislativy zaměřuje svou pozornost rovněž na situaci v České republice. Jejím cílem je analýza opatření pro zlepšení integrace mladých postižených osob do zaměstnání (job coaching) a volnočasových aktivit (asistence pro volný čas).

Abstract (in English)

This book focuses on the issues of support of individuals with disabilities in integration to the job market and to the society in Austria; in a short excursus in the area of legislation also focuses on the situation in the Czech Republic. The aim is to analyse measures enhancing the integration of young individuals with disabilities to the job market (job coaching) and free time activities (free time assistance).
