Zákonné předpisy a soudní praxe obvykle nabízí určité návody, testy nebo kriteria pro rozhodování ve věcech výchovy dítěte. Tato kriteria a jejich srovnání jsou předmětem zájmu tohoto příspěvku. Země, jejichž právní úpravy jsou porovnávány jsou Česká republika, Slovensko a Polsko.

Statutes and court practice usually offer some guidelines, tests or criteria for deciding in child custody disputes. These criteria and their comparison are the subject of this contribution. The countries selected for comparison are Czech Republic, Slovakia and Poland.
