Hematopoietic cells from bone marrow of leukemic patiens were used in this study. Cells were selected, cultured and processed as histological sample for electron microscopy. Their morphological features were described on electron microscopic level.

Hematopoetické buňky byly po selekci a kultivaci zpracovány jako histologický vzorek pro elektronovou mikroskopii. V práci byly popsány morfologické znaky buněk.
