The article analyzes Czech EU Council Presidency of 2009. It desribes both the course of the Czech six months in the helm and analyzes the performance of the Presidency. The article deals also with media perception of the Presidency and evaluates its media perception.

Článek analyzuje a popisuje průběh českého předsednictví Rady EU a jeho mediální pokrytí. Článek konstatuje, že ačkoliv předsednictví dokázalo naplnit většinu funkcí, nezvládlo svou mediální prezentaci.
