Learning, training, and the development of self-cognizance within a company and other workplaces are being dealt with in many research studies abroad but have not yet been fully studied in the Czech Republic, where similar findings suffer from a lack of data. The research of this thesis focuses on the detailed analysis of a company environment as well as the training system in a large company in the Czech Republic, as it relates to the processes of learning and training of its employees.
