Abstract
Ln(III) complexes of H4dota and its derivatives are utilized in many areas of medicine (e.g. complexes of metal radioisotopes as 90Y, 153Sm, 166Ho, 177Lu in nuclear medicine, Gd(III) complexes as MRI contrast agents, Eu(III) or Tb(III) complexes as luminescent probes). In this contribution, the thermodynamic and kinetic properties of Y(III) and Ln(III) complexes (Ln = Ce, Eu, Gd, Yb) of the mono(pyridine-N-oxide) H4dota derivative were studied by molecular absorption and emission spectroscopies (in UV/VIS region, luminescence, TRFS). The mechanisms of complex formation (pH = 5.0-6.0, t = 25 degrees of Celsius, I = 0.1 M KCl) and acid-assisted complex dissociation (t = 25-70 degrees of Celsius, I = 3.0 M (Na,H)ClO4) were proposed. Achieved results can be used for fluorimetric determination of Ln(III) ions in mixture.

Ln(III) komplexy H4dota a jeho derivátů jsou využívány v mnoha oblastech medicíny (např. kovové komplexy radioizotopů jako 90Y, 153Sm, 166Ho, 177Lu v nukleární medicíně, Gd(III) komplexy jako MRI kontrastní látky, Eu(III) nebo Tb(III) komplexy jako luminescenční sondy). V tomto příspěvku byly studovány termodynamické a kinetické vlastnosti Y(III) a Ln(III) komplexů (Ln = Ce, Eu, Gd, Yb) mono(pyridin-N-oxid) H4dota derivátu pomocí molekulové absorpční a emisní spektroskopie (v UV/VIS oblasti, luminescence, TRFS). Byl navržen mechanismus vzniku komplexu (pH = 5.0-6.0, t = 25 st. C, I = 0.1 M KCl) a kysele katalyzovaný rozklad komplexu (t = 25-70 st. C, I = 3.0 M (Na,H)ClO4) byly navrženy. Dosažené výsledky lze využít pro fluorimetrické stanovení Ln(III) iontů ve směsi.
