Abstract
Our current observations show that the perioperative tissue oxymetry monitoring during operations in which the cerebral vessels are manipulated might be advantageous for detection of ischemic changes. Mild perioperative hypothermia might be helpgul to prevent irreversiable damage.

Naše pozorování ukazují, že peroperační monigoring tká%nové oxymetrie během operací u může být prošpéěšný pro ischemické změny cerebrálních cév. Mírná peroperační hypotermie může být přínosná jako prevence nevratného poškození.
