The presented article deals with an interdisciplinary research of health status data analysis and so called "health cartography" mapping approaches. In the first part the existing cognitive studies and recommendations on map design are discussed. Following part describes current trends in cartographic visualization and non traditional methods for exploratory cartography. Examples and possibilities of modern cartographic tools for dynamic presentation, publication, and analysis of health data are mentioned. Terms "dynamic presentation and publication" describe the possibility to select required scale, to allow interactive creative communication of users and map authors, and also presence of active statistical tools. Project of medical web portal for presentation of health data with special focus on cancer prevalences is described in the last section. The portal should be used for educational and informational purposes and exploratory tools will be part of it.

Prezentovaný oříspěvek se zabývá mezioborovým výzkumem analýz dat zdravotního stavu a tzv. "zdravotní kartografií". v první části příspěvku jsou diskutovány existující kognitivní studie a doporučení ohledně vzhledu mapy. Následující část popisuje současné trendy v kartografické vizualizaci a netradiční metody exploratorní kartografie. Jsou uvedeny příklady a možnosti moderních kartografických nástrojů. Termíny "dynamická prezentace a publikace" zahrnují možnost vybrat požadované měřítko, možnost interaktivní komunikace mezi uživateli a autory mapy a také existenci použitelných statistických nástrojů. V poslední sekci je popisován projekt medicínského webového portálu pro prezentaci zdravotních dat se zvláštním zaměřením na rakovinnou prevalenci. Portál by měl být používán pro výuku a informování veřejnosti a jeho součástí budou i explorativní nástroje.
