Abstract

Endokanabinoidný systém a kanabinoidné CB receptory -štruktúra, funkcia, distribúcia kanabinoidných receptorov v nervovom systéme a ich možné farmakologické ovplyvnenie. Prezentácia posledných výsledkov experimentov s využitím preklinických modelov depresie. Prehľad dostupných ligandov CB receptorov a ich potenciálne terapeutické využitie.

Endokanabinoidní systém a kanabinoidní CB receptory -struktura, funkce, distribuce CB receptorů v nervovém systému a jejich možné farmakologické ovlivnění. Prezentace posledních experimentálních výsledků s využitím preklinických modelů deprese. Přehled aktuálně dostupných ligandů CB receptorů a jejich potenciální terapeutické využití.
