Atopic dermatitis is a complex multifactorial disease. One factors which can trigger atopic dermatitis are aeroallergens. A cohort of 100 patients with atopic dermatitis was investigated with atopy patch tests. The most common allergens were the house dust mite allergens (13 %), the second were grass and plant pollen (12 %) and the dog allergens were on the third place (10 %).

Atopická dermatitida je složité multifaktoriální kožní onemocnění. Jedním z faktorů, které mohou vést k exacerbaci či udržování atopického ekzému jsou atopické epikutánní testy. Pomocí těchto testů bylo na naší klinice vyšetřeno 100 pacientů s atopickým ekzémem. Nejčastěji byla zjištěna alergie na roztoče domácího prachu (13%), dále na pyly travin (12%) a na psí alergeny (10%).
