Abstract

Příspěvek se zabývá úpravou pracovní doby v právu EU, která klade požadavky na úpravu pracovní doby ve vnitrostátním právním řádu členských států. Analyzuje vybraná ustanovení směrnice Evropského parlamentu a Rady 2003/88/ES o některých aspektech organizace pracovní doby. Příspěvek rovněž obsahuje rozhodnutí Evropského soudního dvora, která podávají výklad daných ustanovení výše uvedené směrnice.

Abstract (in English)

The contribution deals with the regulation of working time in the EU law imposing requirements for the regulation of working hours in the national laws of the Member States. In particular, it analyses certain provisions of the Directive of the Council and the European Parliament 2003/88/EC concerning certain aspects of the organisation of working time. In addition, the contribution includes the case-law of the European Court of Justice interpreting concrete provisions of the abovementioned Directive.
