Abstract
This contribution proposes a series of methods and recommendation on building reusable and sustainable data collection in the scope of research within Czech National Node for Neuroinformatics (CNNN), but with respect to standards within international neroinformatic community. It is developed on the basis of particular experience with the research within CNNN and the outcomes of the INCS efforts
