Abstract
The new original method for assessment the metabolic activity of both rat CYP1A2 and CYP2C6/11 is presented in the paper. The method of simultaneous determination of phenacetin, tolbutamide and their metabolites is rapid simple, repeatable and precious and sensitive enough for pharmacokinetic studies.

Publikovaným výsledkem je nová metodika současného stanovení markerů metabolické aktivity forem CYP1A2 a CYP2C6/11 u potkana. Jedná se o stanovení fenacetinu a paracetamolu (marker potkaní i lidské CYP1A2) a tolbutamidu a hydroxytolbutamidu (marker potkaní CYP2C6/11, lidské CYP2C9). Metoda je rychlá, jednoduchá, opakovatelná a dostatečně přesná pro farmakokinetické studie.
