Abstract
The correlation between retention behaviour of purine derivates and their structure was studied by RP HPLC system. The protonation constants were assessed from the retention characteristics. Influence of experimental conditions, such as buffer choice, salt concentration and methanol content in the mobile phase on the retention characteristics of analytes were examined.
