Cílem článku je určit nejvlivnější aktéry v českém zdravotním systému a identifikovat jejich postoj vůči vybraným reformním opatřením . Autoři se domnívají, že podpora hlavních aktérů ve zdravotním systému může být jednou z podmínek úspěšné implementace reformy.

The aim of the paper is to find out the most powerful groups in the Czech healthcare arena and to determine their position towards selected reform measures. Authors believe that the support of the most important players can be one of the conditions for a successful health (reform) policy implementation.
