Abstract
The article conveys the results of a survey into the conditions of primary and secondary class teachers work aiming at identifying how the class teachers refl ect the degree of strenuousness of their job, where they perceive the core of strenuousness, and how they view current fi nancial reward for the class teachers job. The article makes use of the data out of which some have previously been published within the School and Health for the 21 Century project at Brno Masaryk University Faculty of Education (Project MSM002162421).
