Abstract

In the original language

Analysis of a cohort of 29 medulloblastoma patients has clearly shown that copy number increases of MYC genes (MYCC, MYCN)are associated with lowered event-free survival and overall survival in MB. In the case of MYCN, this negative correlation was statistically significant.
