Autorka se pokouší o moderní pohled na hospitační činnost ředitelky mateřské školy, jehož východiskem jsou výsledky výzkumu v rámci disertační práce. Specifikuje jednotlivé etapy a zaměřuje se především na funkci hospitací jako podporu rozvoje učitelky.

Author is trying to have a trendy point of view to the inspection of the kindergartens headmaster. The starting point of it are the results of the research on the frame of dissertation. The author specifies the individual periods and concentrates to the role of the inspections as the support for teachers work.
