Abstract

V příspěvku jsou popsány možnosti využití geoinformačních technologií v jednotlivých etapách krizového řízení na podporu efektivního rozhodování. Kartografie ve 2D a 3D podobě zde hraje roli hlavního vizualizačního činitele. Ukázka je demonstrována na příkladu toxické havárie na silnici a evakuace obyvatelstva při povodni.

Abstract (in English)

The paper presents selected application oportunities for involvment of geoinformation technologies in individual stages of disaster management to support an efficient decision making. 2D and 3D cartography plays the role of the main visualizing factor. Presented examples focuse on the road toxic accident and population transfer during the flood.
