Kvalitativní údaje (především deskripce výpovědí), které jsme získali prostřednictvím ohniskových skupin s romskými asistenty pedagoga, jsme se snažili analyzovat, popsat a vysvětlit jejich interakci (komunikaci) s učiteli, žáky a rodiči, a to prostřednictvím teorie transakční analýzy. Z relativně rozsáhlého textu jsme se zaměřili na analýzu komunikačních sděleních asistentů, prostřednictvím kterých vstupují do interakcí s dalšími osobami a pokusili jsme se vysvětlit možné příčiny konfliktů a nedorozumění, jež mají interpersonální povahu a se kterými se běžně setkáváme ve školním prostředí s větším počtem romských žáků.

Quality data (mostly description of the reports) that had been obtained through the focus groups with Romany assistants of the teacher were analysed, described and the aim was to explain the interaction (communication) with teachers. The transaction analysis was deployed. The analysis of the communication of teachers assistants was mostly focused on and the aim was to explain the core of the conflicts and misunderstandings that could be classified as interpersonal and that are really common in the everyday school life with a higher number of Romany pupils.
