Abstract
Cílem příspěvku je představení vybraného modelu, který vysvětluje mzdové rozdíly mezi muži a ženami. Model (Oaxaca-Blinderův rozklad) bude využit v dalším zkoumání tzv. genderové mzdové mezery (GPG) v České republice. V tomto slova smyslu je předkládaný příspěvek prvním krokem na cestě analýzy GPG na českém trhu práce.
Abstract (in English)
The main goal of this paper is to introduce the specific model that submits one of the explanations of pay gap between men and women. The model (Oaxaca-Blinder decomposition) will be used in further research of gender pay gap (GPG) in the Czech Republic. To these intents and purposes this paper is the first step of the analysing the GPG on the Czech labour market.
