Abstract
We investigated the effects of 5-fluoro substituent on the 2D condensation of cytosine. We have also observed the formation of condensed layers of 5-fluorocytosine on Au(111) single electrode. The influence of pH electrode potential, scanning frequency and temperature were systematically studied.
