Abstract |
---|
Lesbian families attempt to maintain the face of a good family, based on a solid and monogamous partnership and childcare. The effort to keep face (also meaningful concept in heterosexual families) acquires, however, a special status in same-sex families, specially in relation to popularly held convictions about homosexual people as promiscuous, somehow without families and without the will to have them. |
