Syntaktický analyzátor synt vyvíjený v Centru ZPJ FI MU má za cíl úplnou syntaktickou analýzu české věty. Synt je naprogramován v jazyce C/C++, vyvíjí se a ladí na linuxových systémech. Vlastní práce se syntem probíhá přes příkazovou řádku s možností prohlížení výstupu s využitím pomocných programů. Nástroj wwwsynt představuje rozšíření možnosti zadávání dotazů a získávání výsledků ze syntu i pomocí WWW rozhraní. Toto rozhraní umožňuje jednak nastavení všech potřebných parametrů řádkového programu a jednak prezentovat možné výstupy (texty, stromy, grafy, ...).

The synt parser is developed in the NLP Centre FI MU. The aim of the parser is a full analysis of Czech sentences. Synt is implemented in C/C++ and it is developed and run on Linux systems. The work with synt is done through the command line with the possibility to display the outputs with special helper programs. The wwwsynt tool introduces an extension of synt with the possibility of querying and obtaining the results from synt via WWW interface. This interface allows to set all necessary parameters of synt and to display all possible outputs (texts, trees, graphs,...).
