Abstract
The contribution concentrates on the nature and content of the administrative decision reasoning, according to the Czech procedural code and in European context, esp. as an important space for legal argumentation. It tries to elucidate (with the use of selected administrative courts decisions) the extant, structure and system of exploitation the principles in this part af administrative decisions, with the stress on its potential features for incresing of stability, certainty and event. creating the standards of administrative decison making. Discussed is also the role of internal (ministerial) directions.
